Christian Growth Coaching

Hi! I’m Keri.

I’m a wife, a mom of three daughters, a former teacher, writer, pastor, and someone who has spent a whole lot of my life sitting with people in the middle of real life, mess and all.

I love people. I love asking questions and listening to stories. I love watching someone break free from stuck places and realize what is possible with God. And I really, really love watching people discover that God is kinder, closer, and better than they thought He was.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching, leading, mentoring, praying with people, walking alongside families, helping people navigate hard seasons, and watching God bring freedom into places that once seemed impossible. That’s a big part of why I started Cultivate Ministries.

I want people to encounter Jesus, experience freedom, and learn how to live fully alive with Him.

Not just on Sunday. Not just when everything is going well. Right here, right now, in the middle of your actual life.

My “style” is Holy Spirit-led, honest, encouraging, and practical. I’ll listen, ask questions, share what I’m seeing, and sometimes lovingly challenge you. We’ll pray. We’ll explore Scripture. We’ll pay attention to what God might be inviting you into.

And I don’t have all the answers. I’m still learning, still listening. I’m still asking questions and discovering places where God is inviting me to trust Him more. But I’ve learned enough to know that growth happens when we stop trying to do it alone.

You might want coaching if…

  • You’re walking through a challenging season, transition, or major life change.

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of what comes next.

  • You want to understand your identity in Christ in a way that actually changes how you live.

  • You want to grow in recognizing and responding to God’s voice.

  • You’re ready to address old patterns, beliefs, or ways of thinking that keep you from experiencing freedom.

  • You’re wrestling with a decision and want a safe place to process it prayerfully.

  • You sense God inviting you into something new, but fear or uncertainty is getting in the way.

  • You’re longing for more purpose, joy, courage, or freedom in your everyday life.

  • You simply need a safe, nonjudgmental place to talk, pray, ask questions, and sort through what’s next.

  • You’re ready to grow—but you don’t want another formula or list of things you “should” be doing.

Discover who you are in Him

Explore what Scripture says about God’s heart toward you and your identity as His beloved child. Learn to recognize the difference between who God says you are and the stories you may have come to believe about yourself.

Make room for God’s voice

Grow in listening prayer, discernment, and confidence in your relationship with the Lord. Learn to bring your questions, decisions, relationships, work, and everyday life into conversation with Him.

Find freedom and a new way forward

Identify patterns, beliefs, and obstacles that may be keeping you stuck. With grace and honesty, explore what it looks like to bring those places into God’s light and respond to His invitation to healing and change.

Take your next faithful step

Whether you’re facing a decision, pursuing a goal, navigating a transition, or simply trying to find your footing, we’ll look at practical ways to move forward.

Not “trying harder”, just responding to His nudges…Learning to live more fully as the person God created you to be.

Let’s talk.

You don’t need to know whether coaching is exactly what you need. You don’t need to know what you’re going to say. You don’t even need to know what the problem is.

Let’s just start with a conversation. My heart is for this to be accessible to you, no matter your financial situation.

We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re hoping for, and whether walking together for a season might be helpful.

No pressure. Just a chance to connect and make some space to listen for what God might be saying. I’d love to meet you.

A note about scope

Christian growth coaching provides spiritual encouragement, biblical reflection, personal growth support, discernment, and practical next steps. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional mental-health care.

I’m not a licensed mental-health therapist. If what you’re experiencing falls outside the scope of coaching, I’ll help you identify appropriate professional support.

There is no shame in needing more than one kind of help.

Sometimes wisdom looks like knowing who needs to be at the table.
